Products and information

We aim to present product descriptions, photographs, availability and prices accurately. Natural products may have reasonable variations in colour or aroma. Packaging may be updated without changing the core product.

Prices and orders

Prices are shown in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted after successful payment and confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, unavailable stock, payment failure or an undeliverable address.

Payments

Online payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. Do not share OTPs, card PINs or banking passwords with anyone claiming to represent Sanflourish.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Website use

Site content, branding and product material may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, access restricted areas or misuse customer accounts.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Sanflourish is not responsible for indirect loss caused by events outside its reasonable control.
